In 1964, Henri George Clouzot chose Romy Schneider, age 26, and Serge Reggiani, age 42, to be the stars of L'Enfer (Hell).

A mysterious and bizarre project with a unlimited budget, it should have been a cinematographic
" phenomenon " with its release. However after three weeks of filming, drama arose. The project was interrupted, and the images that one said were " incredible " will never be revealed. Our film shows the film L'enfer just as it had been shot, and tells the shocking story of this magnificent shipwreck.
